We collect account information such as name, email, authentication data, plan, role, usage, preferences, and support communications. Users may also save business lead data, notes, CRM stages, exports, campaign drafts, and integration settings.
Lead data may include business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, Google Place IDs, map links, scores, notes, and outreach context. Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and communication laws when using saved lead data.
Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. Bianco Leads does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
Bianco Leads may use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Google Maps and Google Places APIs for business and map data; Stripe for payments; and email or analytics providers if enabled. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
The platform may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, product analytics, and performance monitoring.
Users may export supported data from the app where their plan allows. To request account deletion or data removal, contact support. Some records may be retained as needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or backups.
