Your partner cost depends on the plan your client uses. Starter clients are billed at the Starter partner cost, Pro clients at the Pro partner cost, and Agency clients at the Agency partner cost. As your active client count grows, your cost per account decreases.
Partner Billing Rules
- You only pay for active client accounts.
- If a client cancels, you are not billed for that account on the next cycle.
- Partner cost depends on the client’s active plan.
- Pro and Agency accounts cannot be billed at Starter partner cost.
- Your volume tier is calculated from active paying clients.
